Job Title: Radiographer / Imaging Technologist

Essential Information:

Radiographers, also known as radiologic technologists, are certified technicians, they are equipped with the technological skills to handle imaging equipment and the interpersonal skills necessary for patient care. Educational and licensure requirements vary by state and profession, though completion of a certificate or 2-year degree program is common for radiologic technologists.

Job Outline: We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and professional radiographer to join in our radiographer’s pool and will be deployed in respective units as per requirement. He shall be reporting to the unit Radiology Manager.

Job description:

Radiology technicians, Imaging Technologists fall within the broad scope of a radiography profession. Using radiation in the form of x-ray, magnetic resonance imaging, and ultrasound, radiographer assess, diagnose, and treat patients for a variety of injuries and diseases. Often part of a medical or surgical team, they are typically involved in initial patient evaluation and testing, providing diagnostic and Imaging evidentiary data for physicians/ referring clinicians.

Desired Qualification: Certificate or associate degree in radiologic technology or radiology; bachelor’s degrees available in radiography

Skills and experience:

  • Should have 2 years of experience in Radiology.
  • Should have hands on X-ray, C-arm, CT and MRI.
  • Should be a good listener.
  • Should be a team player and work independently.

Job Title: Operations Assistant/Case Coordinator

Job Outline: We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable professional to join our team as Operations Assistant/Case Coordinator. The candidate will be a first point of contact to manage operations between us and our clients. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be able to ensure seamless client service delivery and effectively solve client issues, complaints and inquiries. It is preferrable that the candidate has basic medical knowledge and is keen to work with a team of elite radiologists and wants to carve a career path in the field of teleradiology

Job description:

  • Understands the client base of teleradiology of our group
  • Is effectively and efficiently responsive to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing comprehensive support to all clients.
  • Assigns cases appropriately to the concerned radiologists and follows up for reports in line with defined SLA
  • Has a knowledge of radiologist schedules and coordinates with the clinical an administrative team
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to Operations Head.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Should be able to understand IT related issues and escalate to the IT team when support needed.
  • Should be able to work on multiple internal software platforms.
  • Should have basic knowledge of computer with MS Word and Excel
  • Should monitor emails and respond whenever needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and easy to work environment.
  • Interact and cooperate with all customers.
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Maintain high degree of Communication, professionally.

Desired Qualification: Life science graduate/ Radiology experience preferably

Skills and experience:

  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be a good listener.
  • Should be a team player and work independently when required.
  • Should be willing to work on weekends and night shifts.
  • Candidate with a life science background is an advantage.
  • Should be flexible to work in different shifts.
  • Strong computer skills.
